Our studio also does paper conservation

The studio has a department for treating art on paper. This section handles conservation and restoration of graphic art, posters, watercolours, pastels, books, drawings etc.

The conservation studio carries out:

  • Bleaching of discolorations
  • Repair of tears
  • Filling in of holes
  • Flattening
  • Retouching of missing colour>
  • Mounting in acid-free materials
  • Cutting of new passe partouts
